A little hard to get a hold of the lawyer at first, but once he gets going he goes all out full speed making his opponents fear him and giving him everything that he ask for. The staff overall are great. The advice given was always a plus. I appreciate all of your help and resources making this firm a great one to have. Chris was my lawyer he was both professional and genuinely concern about my needs being helped. He also was true to his word to me. Never hire this law firm! I was forced to settle my worker's comp claim because my MRI didn't show anything wrong with me. Even after complaining that I was in pain the doctors never did their own X-rays or MRIs on me. My attorney Natalie Rodgers received money from me that I don't think she deserved I was forced to treat on my personal injury side and was going through the same things that I experienced with Natalie. Was getting procedures done on me that wasn't apart of the problem because they were using the same MRI that I took from the chiropractic care I was receiving. Then a doctor ordered his own MRI and x-ray and found that I had a tear on my rotator cuff. After all the complaining of shoulder pain, I never got the treatment I deserved from my worker's comp claim. I can't work due to the pain I lost my home, credit cards and etc. I will be looking into suing NATALIE Rodgers for the lack of legal work she didn't provide. Don't be fooled its all about the money for them!

Gerber law office sucks! I got hurt at work, my regional manager lied to my health and disability insurance telling them I was fired 3 days before I got hurt at work. He said we need to settle out of court for 1500.00. He said it would cost to much to fight it. I tried to get a return phone call from him over and over but no response. I signed the settlement 3 different times 9 months ago. Still no money and he is never in the office to talk about it. He is a sorry lawyer!!’

We was very pleased with the service that Benjamin proved for us at time when we needed help. He helped us to understand what our right was an how to go about to get what was ours. Benjamin Gerber is fast, a great person and good at getting you the money you need in a short time frame for injuries amounting to around $100k. I don’t know how he is in court but he handles mediation’s well!
