This law firm is great and they really care about their clients

Ben is friendly, honest, professional. After being injured at work, my former employer played some games with my paycheck and health coverage; I never would have known they weren't allowed to do that without Ben. He recovered money owed, had my coverage reinstated, and insisted they pay a penalty. Ben negotiated a fair settlement, answered all my questions and explained legal matters in plain English so I understood each step. This is not a fast process, but if you want it done right, Ben's the lawyer to contact.

The most important thing I can say about the The Law Office of Benjamin Y. Gerber is that they don't treat you like a number they make you feel like they care about you and your situation.

I had the best experience with this law firm. Matthew Jordan was my Lawyer and he was the most attentive and the most responsive lawyer I have EVER dealt with. Usually they try everything to get your business and once they have it you never hear or deal with the lawyer directly. Not here! You have director access to the lawyer that is assigned to your case and that's that. Emails are answered within 24 hours or less. Yes People LESS! I actually was so sad that my case got done and to my advantage naturally, but I miss my great conversations with Everybody in this Law firm. Such down to earth people, from the receptionist to the owner or senior partners. Great company! Please keep up the good work and Thank You!!
