I obtained the Ramos Law Firm due to an on the job accident. Bryan Ramos is an outstanding attorney. He made sure that I understood the entire process of the case. Whenever I needed a question answered concerning my case whether it was during business hours or on the weekend, he would not hesitate to pick up the phone and return my call. I am well satisfied with Bryan and his assistant Gail. I was grateful and blessed with the settlement outcome. I would recommend the Ramos Law Firm to anyone needing a worker's compensation attorney. Thank you Bryan for a job well done.

A most valuable experience for me. I have never experienced such Professionalism beganing with my first phone call to the Ramos Law Firm. IT'S not everyday that you call a law firm and be greeted by the Attorney himself and let alone one with such a positive and uplifting voice and spirit from day one. And once you meet and speak with the staff you really know you're in good hands. Thank You my wonderful settlement.
I APPRECIATE THE RAMOS LAW FIRM MORE THAN WORDS CAN EXPRESS

I got hurt on the job and my employer tried to say I wasn't hurt. I found Bryan on the Internet. I knew nothing about him but he had good reviews. So I took a chance. I am very proud I did. Within six months Bryan had me a very good settlement and fat check. He's a bulldog. He kept me updated and I was very pleased with his work. He was more like a friend than an attorney.

These are the hardest working, kindess, caring lawyers I've ever meet. They informed me of all my rights as well as made all the legal process simple an easy for me who do not know anything about this process. They also have a awesome team who not only look at this as a job but truly care about their clients feeling better, not only physically but financially also. I thank God for them if it wasn't for them going to bat for me against these big companies not only me but my family would be financially hurt big time and would have lost everything but thanks to The Ramos law firm they was able to get my weekly checks that was originally denied immediately approved as well as all my doctor appointments, medicatimed, x-rays, and physical therapy paid for in full. They get right to work on your case and is efficient they got me a awesome settlement when originally my case was denied. I will refer any one who get or was hurt in a work related accident to the Ramos law firm information if they want the best!!!! I thank god for them they was a blessing threw out this whole ordeal. Mr.Barret a very satisfied client of The Ramos Law firm!!!

Ramos law firm did a good job with my case. Bryan is very easy to speak with, always professional and friendly and explains in as much detail as you need to understand the process. Highly recommend to anyone in need of representation for work injury- you will not come out alive without good representation and having a lawyer so understanding and down to earth helps with all the stresses. Bryan fought for me and I doubt I would've found better. Thank you Ramos law firm!

I had a document that urgently required legalization/authentication.
Upon researching on line to find out how I could get my document expedited, I came upon the Ramos Law Firm in Atlanta. When I emailed Bryan Ramos, it was around 9 pm and expected a response within the next day or two. However, he replied promptly that same evening and provided me with sufficient information on how he could assist me with my needs.
Making an appointment was not arduous at all and Bryan advised me thoroughly on what back-up documentation I needed to bring to our appointment. Bryan is a very professional, efficient, and well-informed lawyer. I received the fully-processed document in a timely manner. The Ramos Law Firm in Atlanta was our beacon of hope. I highly recommend Bryan and his law firm.

Mr. Fitzpatrick is one of the best lawyers I’ve ever dealt with. I decided to use another law firm and they weren’t getting nowhere with my case so I chose to call a lawyer referral service, which connected me with Mr. Fitzpatrick. Make a long story short, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and informative staff at the Fitzpatrick Firm. I will refer Nathan Fitzpatrick to my family and friends.

Like with anything in life, you're naturally uncertain about the potential outcomes of situations when involving others to fight on your behalf. I'm a firm believer in standing alone because I've been programmed to believe nobody can fight for me better than me. In this case, I was clearly wrong.
I received Mr. Fitzpatrick's information from a bail bondsman and she gave her monumental stamp of approval of his attentional to detail in addition to his relentless pursuit for the best possible outcome. I've always been bred to believe that I'm the first and last line of defense for all issues that occur in my life. Mr. Fitzpatrick made me feel that I wasn't alone in my situation and would stand with me in the midst of my terrible circumstances at that time.
Originally, I received 5 charges (Speeding, Disorderly Conduct, Failure to Maintain Lane, Improper Turn, and DUI) and they decided to "make a deal." The offer was to drop all other charges if I accepted the DUI. Due to my occupation and other affiliations, the DUI was a no-go for me. I respectfully declined the deal and a sixth charge was added (Assault on a Police Officer) and the Disorderly Conduct was raised to Obstruction of Justice. Once Mr. Fitzpatrick informed me of this, he stated "if you wanna fight, I'm going down swinging with you!" Another deal was offered after further complicating the situation. They offered to yet again drop all other charges if I plead guilty to the DUI. Yet again, I respectfully declined and prepared my mind for the fight.
In the prep for the jury trial, Mr. Fitzpatrick displayed some strong tactics in the realm of cross-examination and critical thinking which made me breathe easier. In addition to that, Mr. Fitzpatrick has obviously has made some great connections while working in his field to obtain certain pieces of evidence that wasn't provided by the arresting officer. Had these facts not been procured, things could have gone another way.
The evidence in my case didn't exactly weigh in my favor due to chosen perception of the public brain trust as well as the arresting officer's willful omission to sell his own narrative. Naturally, this is a tactic used to strengthen the officer's stance. Once Mr. Fitzpatrick conveyed to the officer (before the jury selection) that certain portions of his report were quite contradictory in comparison to new findings, the officer proceeded to make a realistic deal. Reckless Driving and Disorderly Conduct.
As dismal as things looked, Mr. Fitzpatrick maintain his cool, smooth demeanor and encouraged me to do the same. If I could ever find the bail bondsman that gave me Mr. Fitzpatrick's information, I'd give her a bear hug! Mr. Fitzpatrick is a noble gentleman, yet quite calculated and cunning (in positive manner) when necessary. He's great at what he does and GOD FORBID if this ever happens again.....I know who to reach out to. Job well done.

Glad that others had a good experience - they acted like they were representing me, took my info, had me sign agreements and just quit my case out of the blue with no reason as to why. Now I have to start over blind, at least they could have told me something that could help me for the next law firm. Now Chinny won't even answer my phone calls. Real professionals, they are - putting cases in jeopardy by abandoning them high and dry. I wonder if they will be asking for thier pay from the WC board, though?
