Nathan provided me with excellent representation at a fair price. I was in a situation as results of overzealous cops and proved me with the counsel and legal expertise that resolved the situation. I would recommended his services to anyone who himself in a bind. Needless to say, my case was resolved without a DUI conviction, jail time, and loss of license. Attorney Fitzpatrick was very thorough and timely with my case. I felt very comfortable and confident in his abilities and knowledge of the system and procedures. He did a great job of negotiating with the prosecutor to get my case handled efficiently and in my best favor and convenience.

I had 6 traffic violations including Evading or Attempting to elude a police officer (*carries - 10 Day mandatory jail sentence and automatic licence suspension) , reckless driving, speeding, striking a fixed object, removing licence plate to conceal identity, driving at night, with a passenger on the interstate and I DIDN'T EVEN PAY A FINE!!!! Was I Guilty? Let's just say I plead the 5th...... - I ended up taking defensive driving and doing 12 mos non-reporting probation and pleading guilty to speeding and reckless driving. Would I recommend Nathan Fitzpatrick?? HELL YEAH!!!!!

From the very beginning of my initial consultation with Atty. Fitzpatrick, his passion and attentiveness to detail was very apparent. I've been represented by more seasoned attorney's, but Mr. Fitzpatrick's aggressive nature and positive outlook puts him in a league with the elite in the legal field. Recently, I was notified that my driver's license was suspended due to a non-moving noise ordinance violation in Dekalb County. I was told that I would have to pay $600 plus reinstatement fees in order to have my license reinstated.
