I started my own law firm after spending over a decade in biglaw and have consulted with Jonathan on several new firm issues. I can honestly say that he brings unparalled expertise and insight to the table--he understands the challenges of running a law practice and gets right to the point on key issues. I highly recommend him to anyone who thinks they might need to consult with outside counsel on firm issues.

Lawyers are so busy taking tare of clients, that we sometimes forget to take care of ourselves and our businesses, with the same level of attention. Attorney Hawkins and his team will not only look out for the interests of our law firms, but will also think of things that we would have never thought of ourselves, until it's too late. Jonathan Hawkins is a true lawyer's lawyer, more than any other lawyer I know. I am a 30-year lawyer myself and trust Jonathan with virtually any question that affects my law business. When I need advice, he's the most important call I place. I don't know another lawyer with his level and mix of seasoned experience and niched expertise about the challenging issues that affect ownership and operation of a law business. Johnathan is a pro. I highly recommend him to all lawyers.

Jonathan checks every box -- smart, insightful, dedicated to his clients, and empathetic. Whether you are a lawyer who needs a lawyer or if you just want to talk about what's going on in the market, give him a call. I've seen it first-hand which has given me a deep appreciation for the value he provides. I routinely send him a lunch invitation every 3-4 months just to stay in touch because he is so resourceful.
