Jonathan is terrific. When I retired from my firm but had a small number of clients whose matters needed to be concluded, Jonathan selected the appropriate structure for me to use and set up my new firm, helped arrange insurance and made sure every "T" was crossed and "i" was dotted to allow me to practice. There is no issue of firm management and governance I would not entrust to him.
