NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! I dealt with numerous of secretary reps one Named Paula - she works virtually I called one day and finally got her on the phone and immediately all you could hear was her children crying screaming in the background not one time did she try to walk away and she never returns your phone call you have to KEEP calling the office. They really gave me and my fiancé the run around about receiving our checks from them in which our car accident was in September we didn’t receive our money until April. We literally had to call them every week to get an update on what’s happening. I had to almost threaten them about my money nobody wants to get the run away about money owed to them. Take your case somewhere else they don’t live up to their radio ad it’s a big big lie!!! Sincerely Latazshanae
