I have listened to advertisements over the radio on this firm and it was a gut feeling inside of me that if I ever needed a law office I would choose this one. The professional associates that I have had conversations with over the past weeks have been very concerning, helpful, friendly, patient and understanding for my case.

They have been great from day one. walking me through everything and making sure i get back to 100%.

Good communication

I personally won't ever choose this firm again. I was seeking a prominent black male lawyer, and that's what I thought I was getting. But after 8 months of having this firm retained, I never knew who my lawyer was up until 3 weeks from my statue if limitation. And even after requesting to speak to Mr. Sanders on several occasions, He never called me back.

My first impression was not a good 100%, but when I send a email asking to remove Julian Sanders as my representative. I received multiple calls asking to make it better, so I said ok let me go ahead and give you guys a try, Ms. Watkins were the best legal adviser who really communicated with me on my case with everything.The only issue is the rest of the team needs to communicate more with their client . I wasn't happy with the service, but overall it ended very well Mr.alvin was very pleasant and he listened to every words and my concerns and made it his priority to make sure that I was a happy customer. Then Ms. Candance burton call me and made me feel real comfortable and understanding. I will recommend my friends/ family/Coworker to this company especially owned by a black own company. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and eager to help me from start to finish even though I was in a relatively minor accident. They also responded quickly to emails and voicemail messages. I would definitely recommend using this law firm.
