This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a law office. They are completely unavailable and DO NOT CARE about you or your case.My case settled over a month ago and the insurance sent a check to them but no one has call to inform me. I made several attempts they are so rude. Always on the phone or they will call u back. I'm convinced they to my settlement.Everything drags and you never get to speak to an attorney. My case was transferred several times to several different people who gave me different answers every time. It’s ridiculous that I have to pay them at all when they’re not doing their job. Please beware!!!! Your case will drag out with no answers. When you finally receive some type of correspondence it’s often untrue! They’re are unprofessional, non responsive and do not care about their clients! If I were able to leave zero stars, I would. I have left several messages and still no response. They should not be allowed to represent anyone

Highly do not recommend the communication is beyond HORRIBLE!! I have left PLENTY of message ,calls & emails and have YET to get any type of updates on my case nobody ever answers the phones there’s no good communication at all you don’t know what’s going on in your case because NOBODY doesn’t reach out to you

THEE worst communication ever, I swear if i followed advice of others I should’ve done it myself TO AVOID THE UNNECESSARY Hassle of trying to get answers about the progress of my own case.

I’ve had an open case here since 2020. I had someone different emailing me, requesting the same documents that I had already sent in. Communication here is HORRIBLE. The case is still unresolved and I have no clue what’s going on with it, other than I was requested to go back to 2020 and 2021 and find bills from a therapist. I HIRED YOU FOR A SERVICE
