This has been the absolute WORST and unethical experience with a law firm that I can ever imagine! The positive reviews must be paid reviews because I have been a client for over a year, had at least 6 or 7 different "case managers" and the had someone have the audacity to tell me they have recorded conversations explaining settlements with me?? Absolute LIES because I too have all the recorded conversations and NONE discuss a settlement!! Needless to say I have no resolution to my case and they sent me medical bills that my insurance would cover 100% at no charge!! A much larger private equity law firm has actually agreed to represent me pro bono because this was such an open and shut case...Such a joke! I cannot believe Julian Sanders continues to be in business and doesn't personally address these concerns .... to be continued.... the Georgia BAR has also been informed of the craziness here!!!

My experience ended on A high note with Ms. Shon Smith. She was very empathetic and professional.
