I will share my experience with Teoler Cryor. This young lady is TRULY an asset to this firm and would be, in my humble opinion, to ANY organization. From the time of my accident, she was my first POC. She was thorough in her explanations. She returned phone calls/emails promptly each and every time and was pleasant at all times, which tells me that's a part of her personality. She would also call/email me even when she had no information to share or any that she needed, but it was basically a wellness check. She was just seeing how I was doing after my surgery. That went a long way with me, and it made me feel like she cared. With what I was going thru mentally and physically, that reassurance was everything. I hope her bosses realize the jewel they have in her, because with young people these days, it's RARE to find one with her wonderful qualities and her consistency! Thank you Teoler!!
