I worked with Elizabeth at the firm's office and she is awesome! She was very professional and courteous. She even called me after hours to update my case. Thank you for making what could have become a major ordeal much easier to overcome.

Worst firm ever The staff is unprofessional and will throw you from one person to the next. Dont even call and ask for an update you will be on hold and then told they are out if the office. Case managers are absolutely lazy no one is fighting for you. They simply want your money.

I retained this law firm back last year May and my case got settled this year March I believe. Another paralegal ( 2nd one since I retained the law firm) contacted me April 1, 2019 to inform me that my case was settled and that they needed my approval for settlement and that was done at that time she stayed on line with me while I received it in my email and sent it back to her. She emailed me April 1st, 2019 , I checked my email April 2, 2019 and that’s when we spoke and did the approval. Ms. Jenniese informed me it took at least 10 business days for the check, it’s April 30, 2019 now smh.. So I have been calling the case manager Andrew who they said is handling my case and STILL NOTHING NO CHECK NO CALLS NOTHING smh... I spoke with him the Thursday March 18th before Good Friday this year and he informed me that my check hasn’t been cut yet (it’s been past the 10 day business day marker) and they would not be in office the next day but he would have my check available Monday day which would have been April 22nd and NOTHING came no call from lawyers office to explain NOTHING so I waited around till that Wednesday and called it was told to me that hopefully not for sure but hoped it will be available before this week is out... How come they can’t communicate with you about your check I bet I want hear nothing from them if my check want be available this end week I guess they pick and choose who they communicate with (big check settlement cases) I guess.. Please hurry up give me my check Julian Sanders Law Office it’s been a whole month since y’all contacted me via-email about my settled case..

My daughter was in an accident 3/3/19 and because I heard that this law firm was supposed to be so good I contacted them about handling my daughters case. The lady handling her case is Elizabeth. It has been the worst experience so far. She doesn't keep in touch, she doesn't follow up on the things she is supposed to handle. I refuse to allow my daughter to be strong along throughout this process. It's almost like she is not fighting for my daughter. I would not reccomend this law firm to anyone. Trash case workers.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would LOVE to! This place is an absolute joke! If you ever want to get a settlement do not even think about working with this company. They pass you around from person to person, lie to your face, unprofessional, and extremely incompetent. Their inability to put a check in the mail has resulted in the client being sent to collections. So unless you want to deal with this nonsense, be submitted to collections and be constantly lied to I would strongly advise staying as far away from Julian Sanders & "Associates" as possible.

I had my accident last june i was hit from behind by 3 vehicles. I retrieved all the information they needed to go to settlement because they didnt seem like thwy were movinf fast enough it was like hurry up and wait i never called to check on the case and i rarely heard from then unless i called. Im still waiting for the insurance company to respond to settlement is what im beong told. It will be almost a year and i still have not settled yet. I just don't get it. I have yet to speak with mr sanders himself. Im over it i wish i could swith

I have been trying to get someone to call me back with an update for my case and that has been exhausting to say the least! The staff Attorney Sanders has working for him is the biggest group of unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I just think it’s such a coincidence that each time I have ever called the person “handling” my case is in a meeting. I guess the meetings there NEVER end since thats when I was promised a return call.... that was a week ago and counting now. Thumbs down!

Honestly, I would give Julian Sanders and his staff, especially the Celeste and Audrey, a zero if it is was possible. The worst legal representation that I've ever seen or experienced. They are rude, treat clients as if we need them instead of realizing that they need us in order to stay in business and provide updates with nothing but lies. The Georgia Bar Association should really investigate this firm and Julian Sanders' unethical practices. I would not suggest contacting this firm for legal representation.
