The worst people you can deal with. They have never explained the process and they keep giving you the round around. Do not deal with these people I wish I would have listened and went with a different office. Worst mistake I’ve ever made

I’ve never spoken with Julian but obtained his services through a family recommendation. I figured it would be a tedious process, so I braced myself for the journey. At first things were fine but the staff has had correspondence issues with me and communication issues between my case manager, & paralegal due to my first paralegals firing... I’ll leave this at 3 stars right now and see if I have to deduct any further from there based off of how effectively they’re able to fix the mistake that was made. I personally wouldn’t recommend this lawyer to anyone that has been injured.

I too should’ve read all of the reviews before consulting with this law firm. Overall, the services were not exceptional. The Case Manager assigned, did not manage my case well, lack of expertise and a lot of inconsistencies. Poor communication. Julian Sanders staff- Case Management, did not seem dedicated and was not resourceful. Although, a settlement was reached but getting there was a hassle. Overall, the Customer Service Delivery was poor based on my experience. I truly believe that I could’ve received more money from the settlement if my case was handled more thoroughly.

Do not hire this con artist! His staff is very ghetto and unprofessional. There is always new people working on your case because the turn over right is unbelievable high. And most important, Julian sanders will charge hidden fees so that he can take home more money than the actual client. Please do not hire this man

This company doesn't give a dam about you. I terminated my service with them weeks ago and the new attorney cant get documents to continue our case.

STAY FAR AWAY TRUST ME STAY FAR AWAY! He’s horrible i end up owing hospitals money and i had to wait 2 years for my case to be settle. I know now to go ahead and just do it myself

He is absolutely unprofessional his staff is .So rude they i do work when they want then threaten to lein your case and charge you i asked for a timeline printout they said no get a new lawyer then we'll send all charges .The worst firm all those commercials on the radio are trickery celeste is the worst why don't everybody together with signs and a call to the news station might be a start!!

I brought my case to this firm from another law firm. My case manager Erin was very informative and helped me get my settlement in a timely manner. I appreciate their help and I recommend them to anyone that has been in an accident.

This was the worse attorney and his employees have been the worse! I wish i would have never contacted them in the beginning. If you have a small case, just handle it yourself. If you have a larger case, give it to another attorney who will keep their promise in giving you the cash you truly deserve. My case was not that big but the money that they went after the insurance company was not a bad number. Long story short, once they settled and paid themselves and medical I was only left with a little over $1000. It’s not worth the time. My accident was at he end of 2017 and it’s June now. I have never received any calls regarding my case. I had to call them and like everybody else’s review, i got the run around. Never spoke to the attorney himself. This law office is horrible. Would never recommend to anyone.
