Tom represented me in an unpaid overtime wages law suit. He fought to get me a fair settlement and didn’t back down until I was offered what I was owed. He made it clear he wasn’t afraid to go to court if that’s what it took and continued doing that until he got an amount we were both happy with. If you’re looking for a soft teddy bear who will be all sweet and cuddly then this isn’t the man for you. Tom’s a Pit Bull and he fights and protects and doesn’t back down to threats. That is what I want in an attorney.
