My 25% Lawyer was very professional, and help me through every step of the process. They were patient, and helped with any questions I may have had.

( To the owner) first review was ASKED by the FIRM🤬 (sure others been asked also😒) to be taken down that stated that I voluntarily closed my case due to my sons passing( in okc that’s why I voluntarily closed case) !! And far as Cartiga loans (loan sharks don’t do it ) yes I did take the loan because y’all didn’t do your job and I needed the money I was told more then once the check was on the way way after the 30 day mark!! Stop trying to blame the customer and stop telling ppl that our reviews are not accurate, we can go back n forth all day long and your firm and State Farm did not proved exceptional services 🤷🏽‍♀️ and when you did it was at my expense because of the delay and miscommunication on your firm and State Farm!!so please don’t come for me on this post when I have a witness ty To whom it may concern this platform is put in place for people to tell there experiences I deleted my first post, which had full details and as I stated the witness that I have that was also in the vehicle was connected more with the asst and lawyer , I rarely heard from anyone!!! I can also have her to write a review! I was very patient and I continue to get the run around about my funds! And all because of the state farm delaying my funds I had to pay an extra fee! So however you may feel you can but I’m speaking on my experience and I have the right to do so!!!! And I will also write a review about state farm if you go through my reviews I post the truth!! And till this moment I’m still waiting on my funds which someone should be checking on instead of clapping back at me because I spoke the truth thank you!!! And I was told weeks ago the check would be ready for pick up🤷🏽‍♀️ Very bad experience with this firm and I was prolonged for many weeks and still continue to wait for a small amount that I was told that the settlement remainder check was over nighted over a week ago, I guess over night means weeks now days🤷🏽‍♀️. I’m not please with the services at all. And I regret I was referred to this firm. And you will have to make calls about your case. Which I was very patient throughout this process and voluntarily closed. Then I was forced to get another loan and was charged the service fee because of fault of the firm and State Farm. I basically walked away with a very small settlement and was faulted for the mistake of the firm & State Farm . Kinda hard to find out who is lying! Which is sad because I need my settlement for a family matter! I was ripped off and I’m disappointed they did this at time of grievance. Please research before taking on this firm or any firms that have a heavy work load. It’s very unfair that I had to pay a fee because I was lied to for many weeks😡☹️. Very disappointing and very stressful and it shouldn’t be this way. I give this firm a 0. Very unprofessional and I also have a witness that can back up everything that Ive been through!!!

I can say there ok due to 25% fee….but Jessica is HORRIBLE she doesn’t return calls in a timely fashion you can call her all day and she will send you to voicemail she NEVER EVER answers her phone we need people who are more attentive in this business and she is not a good candidate for this job you can NEVER find out what’s going on with your case she is horrible and needs to be replaced and for that I give NO STARS I will not provide my real name due to the problem may get worse just fix the issue and make us as clients happy PLEASE and thank you get someone in office who loves to do there job and provides superb service while doing so thank you

This company did an amazing job on my and my son’s cases. We received $78,000 after all the doctor’s bill and attorneys fees were deducted. I paid 25% plus a $199 fee. I primarily used digital text and email for everything and the attorney or my case manager always responded within 24 hrs. Very satisfied with everything. Best deal in Atlanta.

I had a bit of a rocky start to my whole process, but Niesha and Imani both got a hold of my case and everything was smooth sailing from there. They were prompt about returning my calls and emails, very descriptive of everything that was going on in my case and they came through on EVERYTHING they said they would and I received my max settlement in the shortest amount of time. I highly recommend that if you go with my 25% lawyer these 2 are the ones you need. They were polite, professional, respectful and understanding and I highly recommend them both. 10/10.

As a business owner, I expect and look for value and exceptional service. I spoke with several firms before choosing the 25 firm. I feel that the other firms are not very transparent with their prices. These guys were very upfront and transparent. The communication was easy and efficient. They honored their word and I am very happy with my take.

Nothing but good things to say about the My 25 staff. I waited until I received my check before writing a review. I received full policy limits for my case. The attorney found an additional policy from the other drivers home insurance that allowed us to pull the full value of my injury. They did an incredible job of reducing my bills. I'm extremely thankful. God bless you all for the battle that you are enduring to help everyday people get what's due then. I hear you being attacked almost everyday but please do not be deterred.
