Worst experience ever! It’s been 9 months and my simple case is still not settled. Mr Dimmock just received my case for review a couple of weeks ago and Crystal said it still may be another 2 months before I hear anything. Giving their track record, I’ll have to call AND email to find out what’s going on because they never keep me in the loop about the case. First and very last time retaining this firm!

Communication is extremely disappointing. My accident was amost 13 months ago and my case was settled since June 2022 but nothing. I can't get my attorney to call after leaving countless messages. No follow up at all, I emailed, called and left messages

Horrible......unprofessional. that 25% sounds real good. All a gimmick to reel you in. The worst experience I've ever had. My case manager didn't even reach out for over a month. I'm not going to put all my or there business out there. But don't waste your time trying to save 8% it's not worth it.

I am overly impressed. I have not been the most pleased in the beginning and I have expressed it in my reviews.
