I called the big firms and felt like my case was not being taken seriously. As soon as I had my consultation with this firm, I knew right away I was using them. I mean paying only 25% in legal fees was icing on the cake .

Hi, is anybody here!??? Are these reviews real. Because my husband and I haven’t had the luxury of this experience. I think we transferred our case over to this company from MABRA here in Atlanta due to the same issues we’re are currently experiencing…. Lack of updates,call backs , responses ….. also the settlement coordinator whom no longer exist with the company was Absolutely unprofessional….we even went so far to reach out that we went to the office address listed only to find out it’s not even their personal office and that their actually working from home. Then found out a new firm took over Attorney Williams and he ensured us better treatment as well as apologies for our experience thus far. However we have to call and STILL LEAVE MESSAGES WITH THE ANSWERING SERVICE 3rd party people. As well as we’re sending our own emails. We have already sign the settlement check payout info around NOV… DECEMBER & we were aware of the holidays etc so we step back but now it’s almost the 20th of January and still no response… this is becoming a major issue that I feel I may have more rights than what’s been honored and time to pursue this further…. By the way I am sure we been with this company since SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER…if not a little before we have so many other things going on we figured we could trust them to do their job as we all are expected to do in our field

It’s been almost a year and I’ve heard nothing about my case. I’ve been passed around to numerous attorneys. ALL of them have been very terrible with communicating. I was told back in September that my demand letter had been sent in and they had 30days to respond. It’s January now and still nothing. Recently in November my case was given to Another attorney which is now the 3rd attorney to handle my case. His name is William! The only time I’ve spoke to him is when he told me AGIAN that my demand letter had been sent out. This was in November and also our ONLY time ever speaking and which was via email. I responded and explained to him that the previous attorney had said the same thing back in September and asked if another had been submitted.He has never responded back..Again this was in NOVEMBER! I’ve emailed, emailed, and emailed. NO RESPONSE! Everytime I call the main number they say the same exact thing. They cannot give me his contact, they get my name and contact, and say they will email him and have him to reach out to me. If you want someone who will genuinely fight for your case and or communicate then my 25% lawyer is NOT the route to take. I DO NOT recommend them. How am I not able to call my attorney that’s suppose to be working for me???? That’s crazy!

I hate to result to this. The only reason a star was rated is off the strength of Erica Cummings. She was very professional and provided updates and kept me in the loop. HOWEVER, since I have moved to the next phase of my case, EVERYTHING has went down the drain. I really thought it was just me or I just wasn't being patient enough, but after really thoroughly looking thru these reviews my situation is very similar to the ones who left displeased reviews. I have called the "answering service" multiple times, sent multiple emails to my case manager and the help email to no avail!!! I mean its just common decency to follow up WHEN you say you are. You would think y'all hired me instead of the other way around. I've even left messages for Mr. Dimmock and no return. I just need an update and it seems like this the only way to receive some type of response.

While at work I was involved in an accident with a car that was making an illegal U-turn. I called 911 right after the accident and was taken to the hospital. I was referred by a close family member, who used My 25 before. With all the stress I was going through, I was happy that my case manager was very hands on and made sure all the paperwork was handled. My medical bills zeroed out. What a relief! I have no complaints and was happy with the results for sure.
