Horrible communication, no one ever answers the phone, everybody’s voicemail is full …they are all about customer service until you sign then no where to be found. Pay the extra 8% and get some real service.

Save yourself the aggravation & find a true professional firm. If you do choose them, wait until you've experienced them to give your review. Mr. Dimmock is quick to answer & respond when looking to gain your business, but once you have retained his services, he disappears & his staff is unresponsive & unprofessional. He assisted me with leaving my last attorney for lack of commutation, then in turn, did the exact same thing. My case has been dragging for months now. He, nor his staff, responds to emails, phone calls or texts. Their one phone rep (Patrick) is rude & unprofessional. My case manager was changed, & no one notified me of anything. Weeks later, I spoke with Naisha (their lead case manager) who explained the situation pleasantly & professionally, but then, she too went ghost; & apparently, she's the only person they can transfer you to. Her mailbox stays full & Mr. Dimmock is nowhere to be found. They've had to fire & hire a whole new staff & they STILL don't have themselves together! Don't waste your time.

Dimmock & Associates handles their cases and customers with the utmost urgency and respect. I truly felt like they valued my wife and I and that they went above and beyond expectations. Working with Vincent was a pleasure and his level of professionalism and open communication were very much appreciated. I highly recommend Dimmock & Associates to anyone for they amazing service and results.

Mr. Kimbrel is an excellent attorney. We are out of state, my daughter is a student at KSU. She got a citation in the city of Atlanta for a broken headlight, and for a variety of reasons, her citation had escalated to the point of risking a suspended license. I called a handful of attorneys- most of which would no longer take cases in the city of Atlanta. Others were ridiculously expensive. When I spoke to Mr. Kimbrel, not only was he affordable and would take the case (he is very experienced in that court), but he was both calming and confident. He went out of his way to arrange his schedule to attend court on my daughter’s behalf (at the previously appointed time) and in doing so- he prevented her license from being suspended due to failure to appear (and saving us more time and money for resolving this situation). He was punctual, professional, polite and did exactly what he said he would do. We are extremely grateful to have found him and to have him help us. I saved him in my contacts, just in case- no need to look any further; call him first.

Mr. Dimmock and his staff are just amazing. They walked me through the whole process and reassured me that I was in good hands. They are all professional and very trustworthy. I had a great experience and highly recommend their service.

My experience with this firm was the very best. You cannot beat the price or the customer service. Our settlement was higher than expected after paying only 25%. Appreciate what they are doing to help the community by giving back in the form of lower fees.
