$200k settlement finally! And I'm so happy😆 It took almost 2 years but it was worth the wait. I am thrilled with this firm's customer service and communication. The attorney is the bomb! Wouldn't even consider another firm. And yes, I only paid 25% for everything. Thank y'all for everything.

I don't even know where to begin. All I'm going to say is communication definitely NEEDS to be better between you and your clients. What frustrated myself was the fact I had to keep calling a d almost annoying people to get what I needed accomplished. I would definitely recommend you all hiring a Customer Service Advocate such as myself who can be direct communication from client to Attorney so your not getting almissing disturbing emails. I also would recommend you have a staff meeting about communication and take it very serious. Your missing out on sp many opportunities because of your issues with Customer Service.

I’m not surprised but my experience with The Gunn Law Group superseded my expectations! My daughter and I were in a car accident. The accident was so minimum that I thought maybe we shouldn’t even call. I’m certainly glad we did because though our car wasn’t smashed up we ended up needing therapy for our necks and backs.
