I was in an accident and was not sure where to start and was recommended to this firm by a colleague who previously used them. I am so happy I chose to sign with them because it really paid off literally.

I got in my accident January of 2022, and it is now almost October of 2024 and NOTHING has been resolved despite my treatment being finished in July of 2022. Every single update I receive, it is due to me being the one having to reach out, and most times I have to call and email multiple people to get a response. This is the most unprofessional and tiring experience I have EVER had to endure with a law firm. I strongly urge others to search elsewhere for representation unless you plan on packing your patience dealing with them.

I do not recommend this law group. They don’t follow up on doctors visits, calls, texts, or emails. I have been reaching out to my case manager since March and have heard nothing back. This happened back in January as well and when I called and left a voicemail about how I was going to write a bad review someone finally called me and said my case manager was switched. Here it is over a year from my accident and start of my case and I have no idea what the status of my case is and no one answers emails or phone calls. Don’t waste your time. 25% is the equivalent of “you get what you pay for”.
