HORRIBLE!!!! Customer service is terrible. No one answered the phone or responded to emails. Getting an update on your case requires an act of Congress. Do not fall for the advertisements. I can't wait until my matter is resolved. I will never, ever use MY25 again.

i am so upset with my choice of choosing this company with my accident. 1 i was hit by a drunk driver and had to go to therapy and with my injuries wasn’t about to work for 2 weeks because i work in a warehouse. 2 i have completed my therapy session since february and TIL THIS day i am still waiting on my settlement money. I was told i was offered $2800 which doesn’t include medical bills and their fees. which means i would be left with $800 or less which is insane for how much i have to go thru plus calling the person on my case and emailing to get NO REPLY. this is a sad company never again!!$
