I've been calling for over 2 years to get a case update from my accident back in 2021. No phone call returned. The front desk lady always says Adrian is in a meeting or just stepped out. All I ever wanted was at least an email back.

I DO NOT recommend Them, they take a long time with your case get you the bare minimum & don’t update you with nothing my accident was February 2023 February 2025 will make 2 years. They constantly give you the run around with updates on your case whenever you call & is very unprofessional.

My coworker recommended Attorney Williams and I am glad that he did. Dealing with my insurance carrier was very difficult so Ty and Attorney Williams made the experience so much easier for me. They worked hard to get me a higher settlement. Ty kept me up to date during the process. They were easy to work with it!

I would give zero stars if I could I have this case manager name Tamika Collins and she’s been giving me hassle my injury was in Dec 2023 its almost going on a year and I tried contacting customer service and all they do is hang up the phone and forward your calls if they know the number 25% not worth the hassle I’m going through what I am👎🏾
