If you are looking for a law firm to represent you where you will be able to communicate about your case , THIS IS NOT THE FIRM FOR YOU!! I get that some people may call everyday or even every week for an update. This wasn’t my case. I’ve been very patient throughout this process. I started working with Erica then it’s currently ending with Emani. I am currently in the settlement process of my case. The communication is SO bad that when I received my disbursement sheet via email to sign I had a question before signing. Was I able to get in contact with anyone? Absolutely not. I had to figure it out on my own and no one has yet to even consider returning a call or text. In my honest opinion I feel like the firm only cares about the money and getting cases. They don’t seem to care about the client at all that’s for sure. I’m just ready to get paid so I can be done with them. Would I recommend? No. I also chose this law firm because I used to hear it on the radio every morning advertising.
