Every time I called I got a real person. If my case worker was not there I got all the info I needed or my case worker got back to me in a timely manner. I was given excellent service over all. From my first call to their office, to the last call given to me about my case. My doctor was local, which made visits a lot easier. Five star quality all the way.

Initial contact with the office staff was very responsive to my accident details. Office staff coordinated my care in a very professional manner. I would like to commend the ongoing communications where I provide updates as to how my treatment plan is progressing and staff maintain a supportive presence if I require assistance with my care. I was recently in an accident on September 30th 2020 and contacted Julian Sanders law firm and spoke with the intake person by the name of Miss Brittany Ives and it was a wonderful experience they were very courteous nice and they contacted me and everything was great professionalism just a beautiful experience and then my case manager kamisha Alford,
also was very nice and kind contacted me immediately talk to me very nice every time I called her she calls me right back just wonderful I recommend them.
