I recently used this firm for a car accident I was in and I could not be more satisfied with the attention and results! There were a few bumps with covid but my case manager and other paralegals in the office were always willing to answer any questions/concerns I had. Will definitely use them again!!

You don't talk to a lawyer. They have a questionnaire and if your legal problem isn't in the parameter of their script, you get no help.

I had an accident and hired Me Sanders . I received a 20,000 + settlement out of that settlement I only received $3,500 he kept $9,000 of my money and told me that he was keeping it to negotiate my bills down a year later I contacted all of my doctors and none of them had been paid and to this day I haven't heard anything else from Julian Sanders about my $9,000 because I was supposed to receive the rest of it after he negotiated down my bills I've called his office I've gotten in touch with his paralegals to no avail no one has responded so Mr Sanders I say to you you stole my money but I forgive you you can keep it you're going to need it.

Answered all questions even without acquiring their services

I wouldn't recommend this office. I had an accident in October of 2018 where I was hit from behind at a red light. This office never accessed damage to my vehicle or loss wages for therapy or hospital visits. At the end of their negotiations, they got me $500 dollars. Which, I still haven't seen in two years. I was hit from behind many years ago and never used a law office, and I ended up with thousands of dollars 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️.

This was my first time ever working with an attorney and I must say I wasn’t the unsatisfied. Bashemba kept me informed and up to date on everything. I also absolutely love her and now considers her as being my friend. The account manager stayed over her shift in order for me to pick up my settlement check which says a lot. If I’m ever in another accident I’ll definitely use J. Sanders again.

They keep you at ease about your case. And handle everything for you, Keeping you stress free. As well as keeping in touch with you to inform you on everything with your case along the way. Brittany Mcmiller is very professional and I love how she handles everything for me making sure I had no questions unanswered.. I definitely recommend her as well as the Law firm of Julian Sanders. The whole staff is professional, friendly and attentive. Overall great experience so far.
