At this very moment I don’t have any ill feelings toward the firm nor the workers I just want them to go for the max and make sense with the wait I feel like they have my baby and I best interested in there hands please don’t let us down I only came to this firm cause I heard your the best thanks so much for understanding me.

My experience was great with Paula Ross and Cynthia Arnette. Mrs. Ross was the best she handled my case in a timely fashion and kept in contact with me throughout the whole time she was working on my case.

My experience with Attorney Julian Sanders and assistants at the law firm has been extremely frustrating from 2016- present. My particular case involved myself and one other party, I was struck by their vehicle after they made an illegal turn being instructed by a non official. Throughout the years after hiring Mr. Sanders as my attorney I received a 1 call in reference to my case and the rest were me calling at least twice every 3 months for a status update. Each time calling there was a different case manager assigned to my case(which is understandable, people move on) however myself as the client should never feel the change or simply feel that there is no communication within the firm. Recently, late 2019 I was told by an employee of Mr. Sanders my case was settle, which I later found out to be incorrect after I was supposedly recorded to agree or disagree to the settled amount. I did perhaps agree until I was then told later that was incorrect and the person who told me no longer works in the Law Firm. Fast forward it’s now January 2020 and my second deposition is scheduled with an unknown date. With the lack of communication and false things being told to myself of the course of 4 years I scheduled an appointment to personal speak with Mr. Sanders to understand is the normal practice in his office and where exactly do we go from here. This complaint is not because of a check or simply being in need of funds, however it’s to let everyone know to do your due diligence when searching for an attorney, making sure you read reviews and be transparent on the type of communication you feel you should have as a client.

THERE ARE GREAT THEY RESPOND QUICKLY

I was sent to a chiropractor of their choice, which didn't help me at all. I am still in pain. I finally got a settlement 2 years later. I called another attorney and was told that my settlement should have been much higher. This "law firm" is a complete joke. I tried to fire them after I consulted with Jon Foyer, but they fought me tooth and nail even though they didn't do any work in my case. Please don't use this guy and his staff.

Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. They don’t deserve any stars.
