Elizabeth is amazing! I love her work ethic and dedication to her cases! Candice is a straight shooter and will make sure she gets your questions answered thoroughly. Malayshi was always polite and professional no matter how many times I called. Lastly, I want to say I appreciate Sharae for working diligently on my case as well.

when I first called because of my accident I was explained in detail about how the process would go. I spoke Mrs Washington and also another case manager I believe her name was Erin. Hopefully I’m spelling her name correct. However they made me feel comfortable in choosing them and also letting me know that they’re here for me and my little one. Thank you again!!

Seeing this myself I don't have an issue with the firm itself I'm good. My original case manager on the other hand and I'm not name dropping but I'm hoping my case manager switch over to Elizabeth since everybody's saying she does a great job. Other than that I have nothing negative to say and hopefully when everything is finished I can go back and give a 5 star rating and give referrals. But for now I think I'll stay where I'm at.
