Andrew was a pleasure to work with. From the time Andrew took my case, he maintained good communication and was easy to contact. He was always professional and patient with answers my questions and addressing my concerts. Thank you for helping me through this process.

I used them for a slip and fall at a major restaurant chain. I had to keep getting my own medical records, I had the do the footwork for the majority of the paperwork I needed. I had to get my own surgical estimate through my patient portal because the paralegal was not on top of things. There was little communication. They switched paralegal half way through the case and it didn't get any better. He talked me out of taking it to court saying my city wasn't favorable for winning in court! I found out later that's not true either! In my opinion he was a very lazy attorney, or had too much on his plate to give my case the attention I deserved. I don't believe the attorney himself fought very hard with the adjuster because the offer we went with was only a couple thousand more than the original offer. I wish I would have chosen another firm, I talked to one after my case settled and they got me a fraction of what other attorneys said I could have gotten. So if you are going to go with a large law firm, definitely go to another firm that will fight you get you everything you deserve!
