Worst experience. They NEVER called to check on me I ALWAYS had to make the first call and reach out when I needed to know anything. They changed my attorney twice. I had 4 different paralegals. They sat on my case for over 18 months with no updates or changes and then 5 months before my statute of limitations runs out they call me to tell me their litigation team said they’re not going further with my case. I don’t recommend them at all. Your response is the lawyer explained it all no the only thing the lawyer said was that the litigation team said their not moving forward. And I don't see how that took 19 months to make that decision. It sounds and looks to me as if your firm sat on my case for this long to try to discourage me and took your own settlement/hush money from the company to not move forward with the case because it doesn't take 19 months for your "litigation team" to make that decision. I did all the leg work all the research myself EVERYTIME I asked to go and get records myself personally because you said they were taking too long your firm would try to change my mind and say you have it. Your firm is misleading and lazy. The fact that I had 4 different paralegal's and different lawyers who never did anything except to say Hello, I'm your new lawyer and oh just to let you know I'm leaving the firm so you will have a different lawyer is sad. Your commercials are misleading and false. You don't help people you run clocks.
