Very good lawyer they are lik family

Hello my name is Melanie Brown I reached out to get assistance from this firm for workers comp, the team that was selected was never available, no calls returned out of 4 months I may have spoken to the attorney 3 times and that's only bc I complained of not being called back . Actually I felt ignored, not important. Well as of yesterday he decided to withdraw from my case. Didnt give a reason but maybe its bc i complain about the service i wasn't receiving..The worst experience I've ever had in life with a law firm.. They're not a strong arm! Well, at least not for me. I'm left without any hope, seeking mental help therapy for all the pain n suffering n no recovery for lost wedges. Thanks for nothing Melanie Brown.

I’m rating them a 4, because for a period of time, we were unable to get ahold to our lawyer handling our case. But once things switched over to a new lawyer, things were smooth. She was nice and very informative.

A drunk driver hit me and Mr. Mcdonald settled the case quickly. I had my doubts TBH but, he was very professional and explained everything thoroughly and he was able to make me feel comfortable trusting him. I don't want to go thru that again but, if I do; I know who to look for.

This has been the absolute worst experience! My first time ever needing a lawyer for an accident and signed with this company as they responded quickly and seemed ambition to help in our case. Horrible mistake! My legal team only calls me back if I contact a supervisor and complain. Both my initial attorney and legal rep left the law firm a couple months into the case. The new team I was assigned to was less helpful than the first. Everytime I speak with them I get contradicting answers and if I didn’t call around to get my medical bills and records the case would take even longer than it already has. I was in the accident march 6, treatment ended in August today is Thanksgiving and my case still isn’t settled. As many issues I’ve had I can promise they will still take every dime from the case they are owed because customer service and doing things in a timely matter don’t matter to them because they will get paid regardless of how ignorant and slow they work.

Attorney Patty Kim and her assistant Hana Cho made the process of my case with such a relief and stress free progress. The whole accident was stressful for me and very draining Hana Cho was with me the whole step of the way never making me feel less of my case.
