I was turned on by the THOUGHT of this 25% but I guess Crystal's work load is too heavy because It's been over a year and I haven't seen ANYTHING... They haven't even brought it to court yet... I keep getting told to call the places myself for the bills... What are y'all getting paid for exactly...I should have contacted the insurance company myself...

This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a law firm. The others who wrote reviews I have no idea who they were dealing with. The case manager crystal Cintron has no earthly idea what she is doing !! Everything that was done on my case I had to make her do it. She wasn’t doing anything until I called, emailed, or sent a text. They took my case in April of 2022 and now in October she tells me I don’t have a case when I was involved in a hit and run. She said the insurance company denied the claim because the guy that hit me won’t communicate with them, they can’t get intouch with him. Before you hire this firm DONT !!!!! Trust me !!! The positive reviews here are definitely FAKE !!!

Keith is super helpful and compassionate about all his cases. I highly recommend him and his firm, if you've been involved in an accident and injured Keith and his firm will look at every aspect of your situation and guide you in such a precise manner that is bar none compared to other firms.
