The positive reviews on here are fake. Please don't believe them. These "attorneys" and "paralegals" are the worst. I have nothing but complaints here. They initially said they would take on my claim and I was able to speak with attorney Dimmock himself but after I signed the retainer it was radio silence. I have left them several messages and emails to no avail. There is a reason why you only pay 25%. You get what you pay for here people. I don't know why the radio stations keep pushing this attorney as a place to go to (they must be getting paid really well) but this group is awful. If you want a good lawyer, please do your research and stay far away from them. Also, if anyone wants to dispute this...I have receipts.

These ppl suck! My settlement came in back in June ..it September and I STILL have not received my payment. Emails are useless. Calling is pointless. I’ve only spoken to my rep once . They took the majority of my settlement with not proof of the bill. I am dissatisfied.

They would not accept my case due to the fact that I had already went through my chiropractor and spine specialist. So to my understanding to yhis. there's a possibility that they make up from the 25% attorney fee by using doctor's they choose with high fees, so the attorney can get a cut of the doctor fee.

Horrible horrible horrible experience with this law firm. I was in a car accident May 8th of 2021, my original offer (without them) was $40,000. The young lady that was representing my case sent over a demand for $25,000. How do you send a demand for less than what they originally offered me? Doesn't make sense. When asked about it they told me 50,000 was the most that we can go after because that's all the car insurance will pay. I have a bulging disc in my back $50,000???? I told them I wanted to go to court and they still are working on a settlement almost a year and a half later. Bo other lawyer will touch my case now. Once they get their 25%and they pay the bills associated with my case what am I going to walk away with. My back is messed up for life. And now I can't even get a call nor an email from them. This doesn't make since. Make it make sense Mr. Dimmock and your associates.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I’ve had nothing but a terrible experience the whole time. No one picks up the phone or gets back with you unless it’s via email. Communication turn around time is way over 24-48 hours. I never was able to speak with the lawyer even though I asked many times. They have paralegals that don’t know how to file the correct paperwork. Very unprofessional! I pulled all the records they needed because they kept requesting records for the incorrect dates. They’ve had my case for over a year and couldn’t settle with the insurance company so they decided to drop me 1 month before statue of limitations. Run!! Do not use this firm!!
