My 25% lawyer is the real deal! Not really knowing a bunch about what was due to me or how to go about getting it. It gave me piece of mind knowing that 25% lawyer has my best interest at heart. Very disappointed in the level of service I’ve received from Mr Dimmock or should I say lack of service I’ve received. He called me after my first review back in May with and very nasty attitude towards me. I guess he didn’t like what I wrote in my review but it was only the truth and since then I see my review has been taken down. He told me that my case was moving forward but from that day till this one I have yet to receive anymore updates as to my case and it has been like that for a whole year now and that’s really sad. If you don’t want to work for the client the right way and just don’t take the case, I have called and called his office only to still be told by a Answering service he’s hired to handle his calls tell me that they can only take a message down along with my number and have him to give me a call Which he never calls back and again that’s sad and disappointing. People often say support black businesses but when we sometimes Support our own this is the type of service we receive Or should I say lack of service and that make you not want to deal with Black on businesses.All I want is a Resolution to my case, if you can’t provide me with it then just be honest and tell me that so I can find me another attorney that can and that really cares to help me get the justification I Deserve for being burned in a facility that was liable for what happened to me, you’re more Interested in getting a five star rating review on Google rather than giving five star service to your clients.

I am currently a client with my 25% and I do understand that these things take time but you are never able to get in contact with anyone when you need them. Don’t get me wrong they communicate but on their timing. I have been receiving updates at least every two weeks but some people want to be in the loop more than what my 25% is giving. My demand was sent I got a text about it but no indication of how the process works or a time frame I’m hoping my experience overall will end with a good outcome. After reading through some reviews I pray my situation is a lot smoother. Also any number I try and call either hangs up or can’t leave a voice Mail

There communication is horrible. I got started with them December of 2023 and finished July 2024 through that time I’ve had to call them for all the updates for my case. They never called me to inform that my case manager had changed. I would leave my case manager voicemails and get no call back I would have to call the customer care just to get updates on my case. They never informed me that my check had already been written and had me wait 3 extra weeks after it already been written to pick it up. When I called asking about it within them 3 weeks they kept saying that it haven’t came yet. So just know when dealing with them, their communication is horrible.
