I’m currently dealing with this law firm and I wish I weren’t. They were communicative at first when it came to PT and doctors visits, but as soon as money became part of the conversation I was cut out. The max limit was cut in half and I wasn’t notified. I tried to be a part of the negotiations I was cut out after being told their first offer. I’ve tried to contact my attorney directly and have been ignored for the past 5 days. I’m being forced to settle for something WAY below what I’m owed considering I HAVE VIDEO EVIDENCE OF THE ACCIDENT NOT BEING MY FAULT and MY BACK IS PERMANENTLY INJURED. there’s nothing can be done for my back I will be on disability and I’m hoping to still be mobile in the future all a result of the accident I was in and after taxes and fees I’m getting half of what’s been proposed which is still hundreds of thousands lower than what it should be. I can’t go to court because the team on my case does not care about it nor want to fight for it. Their fees stay at 25% if we go to court so they don’t want to bother to fight. They’d rather take an easy win than actually work for their clients. It’s ridiculous that I’ve gotten faster response to this review when I’ve been waiting a week to hear from my attorney. This goes to prove they don’t care they just want to uphold an image while not actually working for their clients.
