My caseworker for me and my husband case was on Vacation in November and December I couldn't reach her for 2 months about our case. When I did finally reach her in January she said to me I've been out and my whole desk is full and my emails ,I have a lot of people I need to get too. we never received updates unless we called. It's like picking a number we'll get to you when every .I've never seen a Law firm which is supposed to care about their clients demonstrates like they care so little.

I had a very bad experience with this firm. My case sat for almost six months before anyone worked on the case. I was lied to so many times and my case was handled by five different people. The customer service was horrible. No one communicates with you unless you reach out and then you still get the run around. It took over a year for them to settle my case and my two children cases as well. I asked to speak with management and left several messages but no call back. I don't believe this firm fought for me or my children. This was a very stressful situation and I definitely would not recommend this firm.
