Clayton was such a great help! He was recommended to my by my brother who he also took great care of. He made the process simple and quick. I never stressed or worried cause I knew he had everything handled. I got a ticket for 87 in a 65 and I have no points on my license and it wasn't reported to my insurance. I only had to do a defensive driving course. It was worth it and so was Kimbrel!

After 4 months of 3 times a week physical therapy. I waited a year and 6 months just to receive $3700. The caseworker even told me that Dimmock went back and forth with the insurance company. Are you kidding me? He went back and forth and turned up with $3700. Oh yeah the first offer I got was $2,000. Pure foolishness. Straight up I should have gotten minimum of $10,000. I'm telling y'all..... believe those other commercials from the other lawyers. And these people that they hired on the radio for Dimmock are paid actors. I'm not sure why I didn't the option to post pictures. But I was going to show y'all my check. I just picked up.

This is a scam. Low balling clients for your bottom line. They will always convince you settle your case quickly. Instead finding ways to increase the clients compensation they will hurry you to settle. My case is still pending and I feel like they are representing the insurance company.

Not at all a good law firm to deal with. The attitudes are horrendous,not to mention my wreck was in 2022 of Oct. During this time I’ve had 3 people on my case. They do not treat your case with priority at all if you ask questions it takes days for a response. It is now 2024 everyone has been paid except my babies that were involved. And when I email about the situation I get blew off as if they’re not important. Never will I ever recommend this firm. They’re more concerned to get paid for doing the case than the clients getting there money. Totally ripping people off because you email them or call and ask questions. Discount law firms are a ripoff.DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!

My case so far has been a bad experience and totally mishandled the communication is horrible you have to blow them up to get any updates my first case worker completely dropped the ball she lied about the status in my case they assigned me a new case worker without warning it’s been 5 months and I haven’t even received a offer I will not ever recommend them to anybody I know not even my worst enemy this is sad.

I had been terminated from my position of 17.5 years and offered a separation agreement which contained a bunch of legal language I did not fully understand. A friend of mine from another law firm in Atlanta recommended I reach out to Martin & Martin. I read the reviews and still didn’t really understand what a “free consultation” meant. I asked in no uncertain terms “How much will it cost me to have an attorney review this agreement and explain the parts I don’t understand?” Tom Martin answered in a very direct way (the same way I’ve come to receive all of Tom’s guidance), “I do not charge to review separation agreements.” After sending him the agreement, he called me in the evening, and we went through the document section by section, and Tom was able to break it all down in straightforward terms I could understand. Even when we both found language in the agreement to be so broad as to potentially affect my ability to earn a living, Tom guided me in drafting a response to the company. I really appreciate Tom’s direct and insightful manner and I am so glad I reached out for his assistance in this matter. Hopefully, I will not require this kind of service again in the future, but if I do, Martin & Martin will be my first call!

I convinced my brother to choose this law firm. Unfortunately, I now feel remorseful about this choice. I have been attempting to guide him through his first insurance claim and this has been a nightmare. We were assigned to a case worker back in October. The girl is obviously overworked and has expressed it to us on multiple occasions. Her words " two people got fired and I have their load plus I have a backlog from years prior to when your case started that I am trying to get moved forward" - This firm appears to have effective marketing strategies that attract clients, but there seems to be a deficiency in the internal systems and processes necessary for ensuring proper attention to cases. I do understand any case that involves insurance companies take time. Maybe months but to tell us that you are still requesting hospital bills when treatment ended two months ago is WILD. There is a level of diligence we expected from a LAW FIRM and it is simply not there because the poor girl is probably over worked and ready to quit because of things she cannot control. Take caution when proceeding with this law firm, you don't even speak or handle a lawyer unless your case needs to go to trail so you should really just google how to negotiate with insurance companies and do it yourself (this is not legal advice) I hope someone from this firm contacts me back, I have submitted my review internally as well. I would like a solution to the problem.

I just felt like they really care. Very transparent. My settlement was very generous. Don't believe these other attorneys. They are full of it.
