Thanks to my attorney and to my case managers. My two year ordeal is finally over. I was sideswiped by a tractor trailer in 2021. My car was totaled after crashing into a ravine. Two surgeries, extensive medical care, and I’m still going through rehabilitation. I’m thankful to my attorney for pushing so hard after the trucking company’s insurance company tried to lowball my case. We filed a lawsuit which has taken well over a year. Fortunately, after two depositions, they increased their offer significantly. They only charge me 25% plus a $199 fee. Satisfied with my final settlement. Satisfied with how my lawyer handled my case. Very pleased with the customer service that I received over the past two years.

I am updating my review to share my full experience after Dimmock responded to my request attempting to malign my character. To be clear, this is no way to abuse Google's Review process but to warn others of the lack of communication we are receiving.
If I could give a 0, I would. This law firm took our case on January of 2023. When I say "OURS" I mean my husband and as his wife I handle ALL of his personal affairs. I called and setup this claim for him and my daughter who were in the accident. I handled all the paperwork: Intake forms, HIPPA agreements, all of which were email and accepted from me.
I provided final doctor updates to his first representative Lisa Bierle, (who was amazing) and the demand letter was sent 6/20/2023. I didn't have any issues with Dimmock until after the demand letter was sent and I started asking for updates.
We were told it would take 30 business days for an update and response. After that - crickets. I have my phone records that can show the consecutive calls many of which my husband would be in the background. Nonetheless my husband gave authorization on 3 different occasions for your company, the Office Manager, and Imani to speak with me.
When I was ignored, he started calling, every time he would get Imani's voicemail and no return call. We started calling the main number and getting the Customer Service rep to transfer us. Then we started submitting contact inquiries through the website to see if anyone could give us any update. The last call Imani gave us another "we don't have an update" and called the "negotiator" on the phone who would call us back for an update.
We only received that call on October 12th because we left several lengthy messages and called every day for 4 days until someone called back. When they finally called, they stated they had no updates and they again needed my husbands authorization on file.
In this process someone dropped the ball and instead of apologizing, correcting, or just communicating the delays, you respond to my Google review in a defensive and victimized manner.
Your services have not been up to the standard you advertise.
The common decency to communicate, respond to voicemails, and provide updates is what I expect from a professional service.
Insinuating that someone is aggressive because they are holding your company accountable for the lack of communication and disregard for our experience shows how much your company cares about the very people keeping you in business.
I can most certainly share my true opinions freely. You truly get what you pay for, that 25% fee definitely means 25% service!!!

Excellent, and both professional and experience, my experience was exceptional. A very well organized firm .The staff ,and Ms Shanera was so helpful and knowledgeable, she gave so much epithy and compassion.
