2 years ago a drunk driver left his car in the middle of the road in the dark past midnight and I hit it head on. He begged me not to call the cops but he was arrested and I was hurt. Michael represented me and gave his insurance the chance to settle for 100% of their policy size, but they refused! So Michael filed a lawsuit, we went through the court process and now they’ve been forced to pay DOUBLE THEIR POLICY SIZE as a penalty! Holy cow what a wild ride. They changed their mind quickly after the lawsuit was filed, but Michael wanted to hold their feet to the fire for forcing us to do so in the first place. Plus I wasn’t in a hurry, so we pushed through and got an even better outcome than I could imagine. I am so appreciative and THANK YOU!!!
