Chad is a VERY proactive and caring lawyer. I was locked up on a probation violation, and my court date was 35 days from the day of arrest. If I would have stayed in jail the whole time, I would have had to drop out of school for the semester and would have had a very hard time. He worked as FAST as possible to get me out in only 10 days, and got me out just in time. He really did everything he possibly could for me and kept in contact with my family the whole time. 5 stars.

Chad's confidence and countenance made me give him my DUI case after our first meeting, best decision I've made. My case was TOTALLY dismissed and didn't even make it to court. Yes! I got that promotion, thanks again because if I was convicted of this DUI, I wouldn't have gotten the promotion. Did I mention his rates won't leave you broke? Next, call and ask him the following: 1) Does he have the staff that he promised to add in the bar complaint; 2) Since the complaint, has he missed an important court filing, or filed a brief outside the term of court in any case since he was disciplined; and 3) Has he not shown up for, or cancelled hearings at the last minute.
