It was a pleasure working with Attorney Kopelman and his paralegal Anne. I was in a rear-end accident. Richard was referred to me by my cousin who has known him for over 25 years. They followed up with mewhen they said the would and kept me updated throughout my case. If I had questions he would either call me or send me a text. I never went with out a response. Attorney Kopelman was always upfront and honest about the process. I pray I don't have to use him again but if I happen to need him, I will definitely work with him and refer him business in the future. Thank you Richard and Anne.

I was very upset coming from a larger law firm that didn’t meet my expectations and I shared in detailed with Henningsen law firm about the bad taste the other company left. Henningsen went above and beyond to ensure I would not have the same experience with them. They handled all of my concerns and found a peaceful solution for my case quickly. My wife has known Richard for almost 20 years. She has sent friends and spoken with him regarding various legal matters over the years and always bragged at how helpful he has been. Recently, I was in a commercial vehicle accident and called on him for advice - he was able to give me all the answers I needed! Overall they’re a good attorneys office on getting things done. Ms Tammy is a good case manager as well. Couldn’t fight for much but I guess something is better then nothing 🙏🏾

When I initially contacted this firm about a case, I was greeted by Anne, who demonstrated both professionalism and compassion. Throughout our following conversations, she spent the time and effort to comprehend the details of the case so she could communicate them to Richard. An attorney who cares about you the “person” as much as you the “client”. In a word, Richard Kopelman is “rare”.  Yes, Richard, the attorney is a kind, caring, sharp, experienced, and very capable lawyer, but Richard, the man, is “rare”.  If you're reading this review and have any apprehension about retaining Richard as your attorney, I’ll tell you now, you can relax. Richard takes a “holistic approach” with his clients. I know this is an odd way to describe a lawyer-client relationship, but it's the truth. My husband was injured when another driver failed to yield the right of way. At age 60+, he did all the “right things” to be a responsible person and business owner… and yet, one bad decision of another driver resulted in catastrophic losses. My husband’s commercial vehicle was totaled and impounded with all of his work equipment still on the vehicle. With clients waiting, him being injured and his ability to provide for us COMPLETELY taken away in an instant, we were overwhelmed, disgusted, and in a state of disbelief. You go through a range of emotions when this sort of thing happens only to quickly realize you’d better snap out of it and seek help starting the physical, emotional, and financial recovery of what was taken away from you. Over 25 years ago, Richard represented my brother, then a couple of years later he represented a second brother. The fact that I remembered Richard from that long ago, should tell you something. When I reached out to Richard over the weekend, he immediately reached back out the same night.  The next day, he sent back written answers to every question and assured me everything would be ok, telling us to focus on my husband getting better for now. He wanted to know if we were ok and asked how my husband is feeling. He assured me that he would help us. When we spoke, I told him about my brothers, and not only did he remember them, he asked very specific questions about their well-being.  Richard’s assistant Anne is WONDERFUL. She too, is kind, helpful, and so patient.  Having them work with us and guide us through this maze of red tape is a huge blessing. No matter how small our questions are, no matter what Richard is busy doing (even during daddy duty)… He ALWAYS answers my calls or returns them ASAP.  Anne is equally responsive. They are empathetic and take the time to LISTEN and give informative answers every since we have started the process of putting things back together. Richard reassures us constantly that things will work out. Retaining Richard has been a no-brainer for us because the level of service and attention to detail he renders is simply amazing. Richard and Anne frequently end texts and emails: "I hope your husband is getting better every day”. In a big city like Atlanta, attorneys are a dime a dozen… but the Richard Kopelman’s of the world are indeed a “rare-find”.

Richard did a great job for me when I was in an accident in 2020, so when misfortune found me a year later, I didn't hesitate to call him again. And just like the first time, Richard and Anne treated me great and got my case settled for the full amount of available insurance coverage. Richard and Anne are awesome! It took almost 3 years for my case to settle! Richard and Anne were right there every step of the way. Always professional and organized! Richard will not just tell you what you want to hear but he listens and gives you advice that is in the clients best interest! No hidden fees or issues when it's time to settle!
