This is one of the hardest reviews I have ever written because words cannot begin to express the amount of respect and gratitude that I have for Richard Kopelman and his team. He is considerably more than an attorney. Richard leads with his heart and extensive knowledge of the law to fight, not only for what you deserve but also for what is right. He puts everything into his work and it shows in great volume. For him, the work doesn't stop when he leaves the office. He is always learning about his clients and investing himself into who they are as a person, in order to attain every helpful bit of information possible. I have never felt more prepared than when I had Richard on my team. I have worked with him over the past few years on two separate occasions. Both of which, I couldn't have been more fearful of the unknown. Richard was patient, understanding through my frustration (due to the accident) and more than willing to talk me down from worrying. A great experience with Henningsen, specifically Tammy. She was very professional, pleasant and kept me updated every step of the way. Last but not definitely least I was very pleased with my settlement. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice and would surely use them again.
