These folks are very kind and understanding. They gave me a play by play every step of the way as far as what was happening. I didn’t have to chase them for information, I actually think they had a much harder time getting a hold of me most of the time lol. I do wish they used the case status app a bit more than they did but that did not take away from the service they provided at all.
