In March I was in an car accident with my infant son. I immediately reached out to Montlick and Associates. Attorney Nives Juric was the attorney I had the pleasure of working with. She was kind, listened to my concerns, and how I felt after the accident. She frequently checked on me and kept me updated/informed during the entire process/negotioation period. Her and her assistant Krystal make an excellent team. Krystal updated me, questioned me about all the ins and outs of the accident, checked on my son, and also kept me informed. They got me in contact with their preferred doctors to get me looked at and for me to receive physical therapy. Almost exactly 7 months after the accident I received my settlement check. I am quite happy with the amount that I received. I would definitely recommend Attorney Nives Juric. She got me what I deserved, and even more!

4 months ago I was involved in a dog attack and didn't know where to turn. We are so thankful for Nikki, Dayna, and they're Montlick & Associates team. They're genuine concern and compassion came through not only in our working through this challenge together but in their continued prayers and encouragement along the way. My attorney (Nives R. Juric) and her assistant (Krystal Rivers) were very professional, attentive and did their due diligence to see that this case was done correctly. I was involved in a hit and run accident that could have gone nowhere. However, between the police and Nives - this fellow was located after he left the scene and found to be at fault. I can truly say that if I tried to solve this case on my own, the case would have gone nowhere but it was Nives and Krystal that did all the work and kept on pushing for a resolution.
