Working with Kaine Law has really been a great experience! They have worked diligently to make sure that my case was done correctly as well as efficiently. Kaine law also kept me very informed through out the whole process! If I had any questions/concerns they were very quick to get back to me. He listened, he understood, he immediately went to work analyzing the data and putting forth a plan for possible dismissal. He was kept in touch, he check in and gave me status of what is doing, he informed of other information he needed me to provide which may help. He stared requested specialist and pertinent information he would have to attain to keep my case strong. He put together a visible plan of action. He really eased my mind and I was able to sleep at night, finally. I wasn't concerned because I knew I was in great hands and I was able to go on with my everyday life leaving my case in his capable and experienced hands. I was afraid, discombobulated, weak & sick, feeling I was getting railroaded for something I didn't do. I felt like I didn't have a chance, now everything has changed and feel I have a fighting chance. I'm not scared anymore because I know Elliottt is truly looking out for me and really going to fight for me by doing everything he possibly & humanly can. 1st Time I've ever felt like that with a lawyer and Elliott Baer & Steven Berne has done this for me.
