My experience here was very muddled, unprofessional, with a lack of communication to boot. I was told by Evan that I would be possibly terminated if I followed through with workmans compensation hence delaying the process of my medical bills being taken care of. Very nice guy, very nice people... however be careful, they are busy and do not return phone calls. I had lots of questions and unfortunately they were not answered. Go to an attorney that is not quite so busy.

Kaine Law took care of me even when they didn't think they'd get anything out of it! They checked on me every couple weeks-at first to make sure I was okay and then to let me know they were working on my case. They offered advice when I needed it and kept up with letting me know everything was under control. For my part, I made sure I scanned and emailed them any paperwork or bills related to the accident. There was lots of waiting for both of us; waiting for my bills to come in, waiting for my healing and doctors, waiting for enough information to ensure Kain Law didn't go off half-cocked when it came time to get the insurance company to pay for my medical bills. It was a lot of time invested for them considering they didn't think they would get anything from my case, and it paid off! The settlement wasn't enormous, but it was more than I hoped for and I think it surprised them a bit too. At the outset, Evan Kaine reviewed my case and told me frankly that he didn't think my case was profitable. However, something about my case must have resonated because he took it anyway. My situation was 'special'. I had a pre-existing condition when I was rear ended. The collision was a low speed/low impact collision and air bags didn't deploy. Unfortunately for me, my pre-existing condition was severely exacerbated. The day after the accident I was on pain killers, bruised and in a huge amount of pain when the 'other guy's' insurance called me. They were nice, but very pushy in trying to get me to answer questions despite my repeated protests. Finally I said I needed to talk to a lawyer before I answered any questions. Keep in mind, I really didn't want to talk to a lawyer. The idea seemed like as much work as dealing with the insurance company. Once I could think again, I did my research (asked my cousin who is a lawyer) and got a referral via one of his friends. I actually got a bunch of referrals, and interviewed all of them. Something about Evan made me choose him and I'm glad I did. Almost a year later, all of my bills were paid (and I never came out of pocket) and I walked away with money in my pocket. I can't say enough good things about Evan and his staff. Working with them made the process painless for me and let me get on with life!

Kaine Law did a great job handling my personal injury case when no other firms would (due to the statute of limitations and the accident taking place a few months prior to advising legal representation). The staff/lawyers were friendly and professional, while painstakingly working on my behalf to get the the highest possible compensation. I would highly recommend Kaine Law to my family and friends. I'd never been involved in a serious accident, so I had no expectations... Nor did I know the right questions to ask. So, experiencing my first accident April 2015; I was at a complete lost. However, Kaine Law educated me and helped me make the right decisions for my case. I never had to check on the status of my case because they always kept me updated and in the loop with everything that occurred. They were always upfront, honest, and fair. I'm my opinion they have set the bar high and I would definitely use them again.
