My husband was involved in an accident for which he wasn't at fault. Kaine Law were always so prompt in returning phone calls, and fantastic at keeping us informed about the whole process. During a stressful time, it was so wonderful having people to trust and act on our behalf. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs a lawyer after a motor vehicle accident.

I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident in March of 2015. I was in the ICU for a month. When I got home I asked Evan Kaine what he needs from me or what can I do to help my own case. Evan told me to just focus on getting better, he'll take care of the rest. And thats exactly what he did. Kaine Law is the best personal injury firm in Atlanta. Evan Kaine is a great attorney! Very well demeanored, respectful, professional, and caring. His knowledge in GA laws concerning insurance companies is impressive. I had no health insurance and outstanding medical bills. Evan worked a miracle and managed to get the car insurance company to pay for my motorcycle, pain and suffering, and the hospital bills. I'm sure if i asked he'd be able to pull a rabbit out of a hat, hes amazing. I will always recommend Kaine Law. They are that good.

I've unfortunately been in 2 accidents in the last year, both of which I was not at fault. A friend referred me to Kaine Law after my first accident. In that case, the firm was able to get me $400 more than my car was worth, and settled my full case within 6 months helping me get the money to buy a new car. In the second accident I knew who to call already, because my first experience, while unpleasant to go through, was made into a beneficial one. In this case though the other driver had one of the worst insurance companis out there. And not only did Kaine Law fight them day in and day out, they got me $1,200 more than the KBB value of my car, and $3,100 after my medical bills were paid. Highly recommend Kaine Law if you're ever in an accident. Don't fall for the commercial lawyers, they'll get you settled for the bare minimum. Kaine law will fight to get you even more than you deserve, and they'll turn your bad day into a beneficial one.

We had a very good experience with Kaine Law and highly recommend them. A person making a left turn in traffic (makes them at fault in GA) hit our car and totaled it. All 4 cars involved in the accident were damaged, but thankfully no one was seriously hurt. I was concerned about possible injuries as I was very sore. Wisely I promptly contacted the Kaine people and they arranged for me to meet with the proper medical people who knew what forms and information would be required if my accident came to a legal matter. Thankfully the soreness only lasted a few weeks. The person from the insurance company offered us the book value for the car, but would not consider any of the other factors we felt should be considered. We believe she had no authority to do so. We then turned the case over to Kaine. After some time the insurance company made an offer which Kaine recommended we decline. which we did. A second offer was made which Kaine recommended we accept which we did as we thought the offer was fair. In both instances the decision to accept or reject an offer was completely up to us and Kaine would proceed if that was our choice. We were not trying to make money from this accident, but we just wanted to be made whole for what our cost of it was. Insurance companies have a clerk make an offer but do not allow that clerk any room to move and so most people just accept it and go on. We needed expert help to deal with the insurance company, our medical issues and our out of pocket cost. We needed people who deal with these things each day and know the ropes. Kaine provided that for us and did it very well. We are very satisfied with the results.
