The staff at Brian Douglas are very knowledgeable and kind. They helped me with my mother’s Estate planing and my father’s probate. Great company and even greater staff.

Brian was extremely knowledgeable and detailed in everything he assisted me with! He always had thorough answers and was critical in helping me understand all my rights. He guided me through a difficult situation, but made the situation much less stressful with his assistance! I would highly recommend Brian and his team!

I've delayed in writing this review because my case is a bit emotional for me, just as well as others dealing with Guardianship and even mental health concerns for family members and loved ones. However, I knew I ABSOLUTELY had to write the review because I am SO GRATEFUL for the assistance, professionalism, guidance, sense of urgency and attention Brian Douglas and his "TEAM" provided me. I dealt with another attorneys office on this same case over 10 years ago and only if I had of known then of Brian Douglas and his, again I say..."TEAM". Just know I am grateful and they are most certainly on "speed dial", at which I have had to utilize. Although, my case was finalized there were other concerns that required attention and the "TEAM" was on it. Ms. Erica, Atty Kristy, Atty Douglas and the entire TEAM ... YOU ROCK! We used Brian Douglas for the purchase of our current home over 5 years ago. When applying for a variance to support some modifications we are considering, I stumbled upon an issue that the recorded deed description and the tax assessor's view of the land were inconsistent. I raised the issue with Brian and explained the problem. His team took the initiative and dug into it, which was quite complex and took multiple steps to resolve everything. I received an email (about a week later), with corrected deed information. We are now moving forward with our home modifications. Because of the level of his care, we will be using Brian Douglas for future legal matters.

Had prior closing, they were great. Going back next week for another closing. I asked for Rick Agraz when this process began.
