Attorney Coby Nixon was superb and relentless in handling my case. I would recommend Mr. Nixon and this firm to anyone who needs a lawyer that is honest, hard-working, and will fight for your rights. He assembled a team, was very communicative, and got the job done. Well done Mr. Nixon. Well done. The comment from "Busted Homes" is complete slander and BS, so don't believe it at all. Note: I will soon be giving Trusted Homes a review. The man behind that business, "Trusted Homes" is the opposite of Attorney Nixon. Trusted Homes lost the case against me and Attorney Nixon essentially, and now he's BIG mad. So the man behind Trusted Homes came after my awesome attorney, Mr. Nixon with frivolous lies and slander. Very petty and unprofessional of Trusted Homes if I must say so myself. There's a lot I could say here, but I will keep it classy: Trusted Homes runs a business that also relys on client/business reputation and word of mouth. Trusted Homes should have taken the high road here, but you didn't. Shame on you Mr. Carr, shame on you!

Law firm (Coby) took on case without properly investigating the history of the client-tenant relationship then doubled down on hard-balling for an answer when the tenant did not pay rent due to tenant not having the money to pay. Tenant had previously communicated they did not have money to the landlord, and was out of town for multiple weeks. Furthermore, this firm harrassed landlord stating that we could NOT CHARGE denial of access fees for tenant refusing access for repairs. Would not recommend this law firm.

Andy Goldner represented my family when my grandfather was hit by a car and suffered a massive brain injury. Throughout the process, Andy was extremely attentive to our needs, detailed in his work, persistent, supportive, and very professional. He made several trips to Maine (from GA) to meet with my grandfather and my family to best understand our situation. The Roth Firm! Words cannot express how this firm went above and beyond the call of duty. Particularly Torrey Rainey which did an amazing job with my property damage claim. Long story short on 7/25/17 I was hit by a DUI drunk driver, my vehicle was totaled my personal possessions in my car was stolen and my life changed forever! Torrey met me at the hospital to discuss all my options...he was nice, and very knowledgeable about my rights! He started working immediately getting me the necessary care that I needed for my injuries and a vehicle to drive until my claim was resolved. The at fault Insurance company was the worst they continued to give us the run around but Torrey stayed in communication with me nearly every day whether it was a phone call or a follow up email ! He physically went and picked up my settlement.
