I recently had some issues with an apartment lease so contacted Thrift for initial consultation. Though initial consultation was for free, thrift handled my case as if I have paid for the service. Jonathan Barash was very thorough in getting all of the details and getting our concerns communicated to the other party. After going through all of the steps of the right to repair process, we finally got the results we were hoping for from the contractor. Although it took time and patience to go through these steps, it was well worth it in the end. Kudos to Jonathan for his hard work. This firm listens. Instead of spending your time and money telling you what they can do for you, they actually get the job done. I was most impressed by the dead ends they DID NOT go down. The firm focused on the crucial issues and ignored those that had nothing to do with achieving the results I was after. As a result, they transitioned a three month struggle that seemed impossible to resolve to a perfect resolution on our behalf. Thanks and WELL DONE!
