I reached out to his firm regarding a consumer matter where the auto repair shop charged me for repairs that they did not perform. My experience with Thrift McLemore from start to finish was exemplary of how a law firm should treat the general public! My experience began with their senior case manager Tessa Scheele gathering all the information needed. Tessa is an experienced professional who has a wonderful customer service attitude. I must say that my situation was a nightmare to my family. I have been dealing with a roofing company who took advantage of us and during a pandemic and it has not been a fun ordeal. Finding a lawyer who would even call me back about roofing/contracting laws was tough. Mr. Thrift was extremely knowledgeable and took personal care of my needs. He went above and beyond what was in the realm of what one would hope for with representation. I am in the customer service business myself and can be a bit much sometimes as I expect high standards from others. Unfortunately I have needed representation numerous times in the past and have been provided some horrible representation as well as some of the best. Rest assure if you find yourself needing representation of any kind, the Thrift McLemore team will take excellent care of you. I fully stand by this law firm and would not hesitate one moment referring them to my close friends and family. My husband and I worked with Stephanie Nullman Eban and her team to prepare our estate planning documents. Stephanie's team was always responsive and made the process easy. We had been putting off this process for a while (who wants to talk about and plan for death?!), but knew it was time we stopped procrastinating after the birth of our second child. Stephanie's checklist at the beginning of the process helped us focus on the important details and made the rest of the process very efficient. We found the price to be reasonable for the services provided - you get what you pay for, particularly in the legal field, and I feel secure knowing that we have crossed every "t" and dotted every "i" in case something happened to us.
